A licensed Realtor, Melissa Katoa was the Client Services Manager at Carmel Realty Company for the past 5 1/2 years. She was responsible for managing over 75 luxury homes and Multi-Million dollar estates in Carmel, Carmel Valley and Pebble Beach. Throughout her years there she has been known for her impeccable customer service, trustworthiness and reliability.
Melissa has built long lasting relationships with many clients and colleagues alike. Her flawless follow up, professionalism and integrity allow her clients to feel comfortable and safe when entrusting her with their pet or their home.
Melissa has owned Pets-by-the-Sea since 2003. She is well known and trusted in the community. She truly connects with animals and will treat them as if they are her own. In addition to caring for the pets of private clients, Melissa also maintains strong business relationships with several Pet Friendly hotels and local businesses,
including Bernardus Lodge, Carmel Valley Ranch, Pebble Beach Company, Raw Connection and Cypress Inn. She has been one of Cypress Inn’s Premier and Exclusive Pet Sitters since 2004.
